What is the minimum age to rent a car?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID card or passport and a valid driving licence, presented in person at pickup.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required at pickup. The amount is shown next to each vehicle and is returned when the car comes back in order.
Can I pick up the car at Skopje Airport?
Yes. You can collect the car at Skopje International Airport, in the Skopje city center, or at another location in Skopje by arrangement — just choose your pickup location when booking.
Can I drive the car abroad?
Yes, driving outside North Macedonia is allowed if you select it in the booking. A higher daily rate applies for abroad driving.
How do I pay?
No online payment is needed to request a booking. You confirm your request by email, we approve it, and payment is settled at pickup.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email and we'll cancel your reservation.
What is the fuel policy?
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.
